The NSBA is a member-driven not-for-profit organization that serves, promotes, and protects businesses throughout Saskatoon. It has developed its mandate and reputation by being a relevant, topical, and effective organization that interacts with all levels of government and industry on a variety of issues to better our local economy. On behalf of the NSBA, we seek an Office Coordinator to join the organization. The coordinator will work closely with the Office Manager and the team to ensure our office’s smooth functioning and contribute to our organization’s overall success.  This is a great fit for you if you are a detail-oriented and organized individual passionate about supporting office operations and events.

Qualifications:

– Post Secondary diploma or certificate with a focus on office administration or similar

– Previous experience in office administration

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

– Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

– Proficiency in office software and tools
