Building Bridges to Success

Saskatoon, SK – The NSBA is pleased to announce the finalists for the 21st Annual Business Builder Awards, Presented by Nutrien. Winners will be announced at the Awards banquet on Wednesday, March 28, beginning at 5:00 pm at Prairieland Park.

Growing in stature, reputation and attendance year after year, the NSBA Business Builder Awards are arguably the premier awards banquet in Saskatoon. Last year this event saw an attendance of over 550 registrants; based on the record number of applications and current ticket sales, organizers are confident that number will again be achieved, or exceeded in 2018.

This year’s theme for the prestigious awards banquet is: Building Bridges to Success. The theme is a nod to the North Commuter Parkway and Bridge that is concluding construction this fall, something the NSBA lobbied passionately for. Bridges, commonly used for metaphors in business, are also symbolic of the swell Saskatoon is beginning to see after a particularly challenging duration in the local economy. NSBA members are truly bridging to success in 2018 and celebrating their accomplishments at the Business Builder Awards, Presented by Nutrien.

“Based on the record number of award applications we received, it is clear that businesses are feeling confident in the economy and their ability to grow,” adds Keith Moen, Executive Director of the NSBA. “We are happy that we get to share the positive stories of these companies and celebrate the successes they have achieved over the past year, in addition to the forthcoming opening of the North Commuter Parkway and Bridge.”
